We want you to love every piece from Aldana's. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.
• Contact us first to confirm availability before sending your item back.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at aldanasacoustics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
